Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Within Canada

We strive to get your purchases to you in the fastest possible manor. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders of $150 or more within Canada (unless otherwise noted).
    • Freight excluded & extra.*
    • We reserve the right to cancel or decline free shipping at any time.*
    • Free shipping is only valid on full price items. In the event of an error, Hydro Grow Canada will consult with the client to find a solution, but can amend the shipping amount or cancel the order.*
    • Price-matched items are not included.*
  • Express processing, shipping and alternate options are available upon request, including any applicable fees.

US & International Shipping

Currently we are striving to provide the best possible service to the Canadian market, but international shipping is available! We’d be more than happy to arrange it with a carrier of your choice; just place your order and we’ll get in touch, or email us for more info at support@hydrogrowdirect.com.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any import duties or fees due upon arrival. Any extra charges due to import are the sole responsibility of the client. We do our best to prevent any unexpected surprises.

Return Policy

Returns

We understand sometimes you change your mind. Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in it’s original packaging.

For items damaged in shipping, we must be notified within 14 days of delivery.

  • Downloadable Software Products


To complete your return, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.
All products are backed by standard manufacturer warranty and may vary in length.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Warranty & Exchanges

We will happily replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to request a return, or exchange, send us an email to support@hydrogrowdirect.com to arrange an RMA.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact support@hydrogrowdirect.com for RMA and shipping details. Please note: Our posted office address does not accept returns and they will be returned to sender at the senders cost.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs if an exchange or return is granted for an unused item, otherwise return shipping is covered as part of our warrantable exchange program. In the event of an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of shipping. If applicable, any shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of your item.

The time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee any shipping on your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your initial payment method and merchant, refund times may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hydrogrowdirect.com.
